These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FlowcastGPT subscription service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by AwsQuality Technologies (hereinafter referred to as "the Proprietor/Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2.1 Subscription Plan: By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as outlined on our website or other promotional materials.
2.2 Payment: Payment for the subscription will be charged to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. You hereby authorize the Proprietor/Company to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
2.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that if you cancel your subscription during the current billing cycle, the subscription fees for that month will not be refunded. Going forward, this clause will not be applicable, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles upon cancellation.
3.1 Assistance: As a part of our beta launch, we are committed to providing prompt assistance to resolve any issues or concerns you may encounter while using the Service. Our support team will make reasonable efforts to address your queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
3.2 Feedback: We highly value your feedback during this beta phase. Your insights, suggestions, and concerns will help us improve the Service and deliver a better experience to all our users. Please feel free to reach out to our support team with any feedback you may have.
4.1 Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 30 days of subscription for any unused portion of the service (see 5.1). To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@flowcastgpt.com with your subscription details.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
4.1 Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website and following the cancellation instructions. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
5.1 No Refund: Except as expressly provided herein, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes the subscription fees for the current billing cycle in the event of cancellation.
5.2 No Warranty: While we strive to provide a high-quality service, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific purposes.
5.3 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Proprietor/Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other legal theory.
6.1 Non-Mobile Usage: The Service is not designed or optimized for use on mobile devices. By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge and agree that the Service may not function properly or provide the intended experience on mobile platforms. The Company shall not be liable for any issues or limitations arising from the use of the Service on such devices.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
8.1 Utility token: FlowAICoin ($FAIC) is a BEP-20 utility token on BNB Smart Chain used within FlowcastGPT for AI Action Credit top-ups and on-chain holder status. It is not offered as an investment, security, or financial product. Holding or transferring $FAIC does not guarantee any profit, return, or increase in value.
8.2 Wallet connection: If you connect a wallet, you authorize us to read public on-chain data (such as your address and $FAIC balance) and to associate a wallet you control with your account after you sign a verification message. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase.
8.3 Credit top-ups: Crypto top-ups require sending $FAIC to our published top-up wallet. Credits are applied only after on-chain confirmation of a valid transfer under our then-current rules (including minimum confirmations and conversion rates). Conversion rates may be USD-pegged and updated by us without notice.
8.4 Irreversible blockchain payments: Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Except where required by applicable law, $FAIC top-ups and resulting Action Credits purchased with $FAIC are non-refundable. Failed, delayed, or misdirected transfers (wrong network, wrong token, wrong address, insufficient tax gross-up, or unlinked wallet) may not be credited.
8.5 Holder status: Holder benefits (including any plan discount) depend on verified on-chain holdings meeting our published threshold and on features we enable in the product. Benefits may change or be discontinued.
8.6 Availability: We may enable, disable, or limit Web3 features (including via an environment kill switch) for security, legal, or operational reasons.
8.7 No investment advice: Nothing in the Service, whitepaper, or tokenomics materials is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should obtain your own professional advice before using crypto features.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
